DYNAMIC – Quality Cards

Enables complete management of quality and self-control sheets, in accordance with HACCP regulations. Quality sheets can be designed by the user and can be organised and linked to significant events in the production process. Most fields can be automatically populated by collecting the necessary data directly from the machines, with the appropriate probes connected via the plant control network.
  • For each activity, quality sheets can be created at various hierarchical levels using a parametric structure.
  • The department can view the HACCP sheets and alarms based on critical points.
  • Recording of all sheets for traceability purposes
