The work takes place in two different contexts.<\/p>\n
Work at the company premises<\/p>\n
\u2013 Interpret mechanical drawings and project information produced by the technical department<\/p>\n
\u2013 Verify the bill of materials and market components required<\/p>\n
\u2013 Receives and checks mechanical parts and semi-finished products from external suppliers<\/p>\n
\u2013 Prepares the assembly of machines or plant parts and carries out dry runs<\/p>\n
\u2013 Following successful testing, dismantles the individual parts and proceeds with packaging for shipment, checking the necessary technical documentation.<\/p>\n
Work at the customer’s premises<\/p>\n
\u2013 Verify the conditions of the premises based on the project specifications<\/p>\n
\u2013 Proceeds with the final installation of machines and systems<\/p>\n
\u2013 Liaises with the customer’s managers to monitor the progress of the work<\/p>\n
\u2013 Make modifications and adjustments to resolve any assembly problems<\/p>\n
\u2013 Ensures that the work complies with safety regulations<\/p>\n
\u2013 Monitors and complies with the project schedule, reporting any need for rescheduling to headquarters<\/p>\n
\u2013 Performs tests and trials with validation by the customer’s managers<\/p>\n
\u2013 Supports the customer’s operators with basic training and operational instructions<\/p>\n
\u2013 At the end of the project, drafts a report for your area manager, with details of any problems, solutions and special features encountered<\/p>\n
Skills and training<\/p>\n
\u2013 Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings<\/p>\n
\u2013 Willingness to travel for work and interact with customer representatives<\/p>\n
\u2013 Mechanical engineering diploma or similar basic skills<\/p>\n
\u2013 Knowledge of English<\/p>\n
\u2013 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles<\/p>\n
